Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
We provide coin-operated lockers exclusively for guests. Please stop by the front desk to receive your dedicated locker key.
Luggage that does not fit in the lockers can be stored at the front desk.
Are there any coin lockers?
We offer two sizes of coin lockers.
The large type measures 75 cm in height, 45 cm in width, and 40 cm in depth.
The small type measures 50 cm in height, 45 cm in width, and 40 cm in depth.
You may use them starting from the morning of your check-in day.
You may also use them on the day of your check-out.
*Coin lockers are a service exclusively for hotel guests.

【Gift Certificate Acceptance】
Mainly View Gift Certificates can be used for payment. This applies only to reservations where settlement occurs at the hotel. For other gift certificates, please inquire directly with the hotel.
JR East Shareholder Discount Accommodation Vouchers can also be used. This applies only to reservations made directly by phone.
Additionally, the latest information on campaigns and other promotions will be announced on the official website.
Do you have children's pajamas?
We offer nightgowns with a length of 75 cm. These are suitable for children approximately 120 cm to 140 cm tall.
Is there anything on TV? (Channels/Streaming services/Pay TV)
You can watch Disney Channel for free. You can also check the breakfast restaurant's crowd status.
What are the payment options?
Payment is required at the self-check-in kiosk upon check-in. For credit cards, you will need to enter your 4-digit PIN.

Note:No points will be awarded by the payment provider when using QR code payment.
Online card payments are also available for internet reservations.
Note:If you select online card payment, hotel receipts cannot be issued.

Do you sell Disney Resort passes at the hotel?
We apologize, but our hotel does not handle ticket sales.
We recommend purchasing your passport tickets in advance through a travel agency or similar service.
Additionally, should Tokyo Disney Resort implement entry restrictions, we cannot guarantee admission for guests staying at our hotel.
We recommend purchasing passport tickets that include guaranteed admission in advance.
Is there a restaurant?
The main building features the Italian wine & cafe restaurant “Saizeriya” on the first floor.
The annex features the Japanese cuisine and cafe “chawan” on the second floor.
Both “Saizeriya” and “chawan” serve breakfast exclusively to hotel guests from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM (please enter by 9:30 AM).
Lunch and dinner are served from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (last order at 10:30 PM).

How much is breakfast?
【Main Building】 Saizeriya
We offer a Western-style breakfast buffet.
Price: Adults 1,050 yen (tax included) Children (ages 3–6) 500 yen (tax included)
Breakfast is available exclusively to hotel guests. Breakfast tickets can be purchased at the hotel front desk.
【Annex】 chawan
Breakfast is a buffet featuring Japanese and Western dishes, including carefully prepared Japanese side dishes.
Price: Adults 1,650 yen (tax included) Children (ages 3–6) 500 yen (tax included)
Breakfast is available exclusively to hotel guests. Breakfast tickets can be purchased at the hotel front desk.
Can I add breakfast on the day of my stay?
Breakfast can be added on the day of your stay.
Please purchase it at the self-check-in kiosk upon arrival or at the hotel front desk.
Note:Please note that breakfast cannot be purchased separately.
Do you have a bed guard?
Reservations are accepted. As availability is limited, please contact us by the day before your stay if you wish to reserve one. (Free of charge)
Additionally, our permanent beds can be placed side-by-side without gaps, allowing adults to position themselves between children without using bed rails. Bed rails are available for rental, limited to one per room. They cannot be installed on extra beds or sofa beds.
How do I request a baby bed?
Reservations are accepted. If you wish to reserve one, please contact us by the day before your stay as availability is limited. (Free of charge)
Note:Baby cribs are available only for children under 1 year old.
Is internet access available in the room?
All guest rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. A password is required for use; please refer to the information provided in your room.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All guest rooms in both the Main Building and Annex are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are provided within the hotel premises (Main Building 2nd floor, Annex 1st floor).
Is there a convenience store?
A NewDays convenience store is located right next to the lobby on the 2nd floor of the main building.

Is there parking available? Also, how much does it cost?
The parking lot is located on the main building side of the hotel grounds (under the elevated railway).
It is available exclusively to our guests, but due to limited capacity, we operate on a reservation-only basis.
Usage hours are from 12:00 noon on the day of check-in until 12:00 noon on the day of check-out. The fee is ¥2,000 (tax included) per vehicle per night.

Can I send my luggage ahead of time?
Please fill in the “Guest Name (Furigana)” and “Stay Date (Check-in Date)”,
and send it to the address below within approximately 3 days of your stay date (check-in date).

We accept shipments for your packages. We also sell cardboard boxes at the shipping counter.
