Please tell me how to get from the nearest station to the hotel.
Exit the south ticket gate at JR Maihama Station (toward Tokyo Disneyland).
For the Main Building, proceed to the ‘left’ after exiting the ticket gate.
For the Annex, proceed to the ‘right’ after exiting the ticket gate.
Both are located under the elevated tracks with no steps from the ticket gate.
Please tell me about cleaning during consecutive stays.
For consecutive stays, cleaning is conducted as eco-cleaning (towel replacement, trash collection, and mineral water replenishment only) as part of our environmental conservation efforts.
If you prefer a full cleaning or no cleaning, please notify us by placing the magnet on the back of your room door by 9:00 AM.
Is the airport limousine bus running?
From the bus stop at Tokyo Disneyland.
Can I order delivery services like pizza delivery?
Delivery services such as pizza delivery are available. Please collect your order yourself in the lobby. Delivery personnel are not permitted to access guest room floors.
Are there any recommended sights or historic sites in the surrounding area?
The sandy beach at Kasai Rinkai Koen Station, the next stop on the Keiyo Line, comes highly recommended.
Tokyo Bay glowing in the sunset is truly exceptional.
Water buses also depart and arrive here, allowing you to enjoy a brief Tokyo Bay cruise.
