Is there a cancellation fee?
Our hotel's cancellation policy is as follows.
▼Cancellation Policy (Effective for stays from October 1, 2025)
1 to 9 guests
・7 to 2 days prior: 20% of the total accommodation fee
・1 day prior: 50% of the total accommodation fee
・On the day/No-show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
10 or more guests
・30 to 8 days prior: 10% of the total accommodation fee
・7 to 2 days prior: 20% of the total accommodation fee
・1 day prior: 50% of the total accommodation fee
・On the day of arrival/No-show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Your card key will become invalid after check-out time. If you wish to request a late check-out, please inform the front desk in advance.
However, depending on the day's reservation status, we may not be able to accommodate requests for extended room use. Please consult with the front desk.
Late check-out fees are 30% of the room rate until 2:00 PM and 100% of the room rate thereafter.
When can I make a reservation?
Reservations for visits and phone inquiries are accepted up to one year in advance.
Online reservations typically open for booking approximately six months prior.

For security reasons, we do not accept reservations.

Can I be placed on a waiting list in case of cancellations?
We are sorry, but to ensure fairness for all guests, we do not accept waiting list requests for cancellations.
How much is the charge for children?
Children aged 5 and under (preschool age) can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with a parent. Children aged 6 and above (elementary school age and older) will be charged the same rate as adults.
note: Only one child may share a bed with an adult. Bed-sharing with an extra bed is not permitted.
What if two preschool children share one bed?
In that case, we will charge the equivalent of one child’s rate.
Do children sharing a bed stay for free? What about breakfast charges?
For bed-sharing, children aged 5 and under (preschool age) may stay free of charge. Children aged 6 and above (elementary school age and older) will be charged the same rate as adults.
For breakfast, children aged 3 to 5 (preschool age) are charged 500 JPY (tax included). Children aged 6 and above (elementary school age and older) will be charged the same rate as adults.
